I was sorry to see the passing of Jay when looking at the paper online from retirement in Las Vegas. Jay was a dental patient and friend of the office for many years. We had a great relationship, Jay always was smiling and had a kind word for everyone. He even bought the office lunch on several occasions. He was very appreciative to me and the staff. Jay had a kind heart. Thinking of Jay makes me smile with all the great memories, I know he will be missed by all his relatives and friends, jay is in my thoughts and prayers --sincerely -Dr. Frank Cullen

We are very sorry for your loss. We certainly understand and extend our thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Although we did not have the pleasure of knowing him, we've heard only good things about him and the happiness you've shared. We are so sorry for the loss of our great neighbor and friend. He was the best and we enjoyed laughing with him for the last 13 years. So horrible and so tragic to lose a great person and friend to all in this whole entire area. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace. We love you and miss you always.

Max, my heart is broken for you, for the kids, for our church family, and for the world. A beautiful voice is silenced. We will never forget Jay's kindness, his wisdom, his patriotism, and his sense of humor. We will forever be grateful for the opportunity to sing with him, and for his influence in our lives. Please know that we are continuing to pray for you and I want you to know how much we love you. May God bless, comfort, and protect you and grant you peace. We love you, Max.
