Robert J. Bloom, 69, of Rush Street, Everett, Pennsylvania; passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at UMPC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on July 20, 1948 in Bedford County, Pennsylvania; a son of the late Harry and Lois (Harbaugh) Bloom. On September 21, 1989 in Everett, Pennsylvania he married Linda (Rush) Bloom. She preceded him in death on July 26, 2014. He is survived by children Lisa wife of Sanders Savage, Newport News, VA; Bryan Miller, Altoona, PA; Benny F. Miller, Imler, PA and Kerry L. Miller, Claysburg, PA; four grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister Gladys Mellott, Roanoke, VA and brother Kenneth Bloom married to Joan, Irwin, PA.
He was preceded in death by a brother in-law: Gabe Mellott.
Robert enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed attending Everett Area High School football games.
