Obituary
Winifred A. (Foster) Risbon, 83, of Polecat Hollow Road, Hopewell, PA; passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at home. She was born on August 19, 1939 in Cypher, PA; a daughter of the late Norman and Bessie (Lowe) Foster. On December 30, 1981 in Six Mile Run, PA; she was united in marriage to Donald F. Risbon. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2013.
She is survived by two children Vince Beach married to Brenda, Hopewell, PA and Pam Douglas married to Paul, Hopewell, PA; two special grandsons raised in the home Donny Steele and Howie Beach; granddaughter Tasha Hess married to Jason; six great grandchildren; one great great grandson; a sister Linda Pritts; and sisters-in-law Marie Foster and Alberta Foster.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Fred Foster and Harry Foster, infant sister Gloria Foster and granddaughter Tory Beach.
Over the years she worked in the sewing factory, shoe factory and also working as a nurse's aide.
At Winifred's request there will be no services.
Private burial will be held at Bethel Cemetery.
