Wayne Gardner Obituary

Wayne L. Gardner, 82, of Hopewell, PA; passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at his home. He is survived by his wife Dorothy E. (Kahler) Gardner. He was born on January 28, 1938 in Des Moines, Iowa; a son of the late Charles and Maude (See) Gardner.

He is survived by the following children: Charlie Hoeksema and wife Dawn, DeeAnna Butler and husband James, JoAnna Schneider, Lee Robert Gardner and wife Angela and Mike Rowe; a sister Martha O’Neal; grandchildren Anthony, Lauren, Amanda, Ashley, Devan, Kyle, and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by siblings: Harold, Dale, Kenneth, Lucille, Willis, Katherine, Maudie, James, Gail, Larry and Donald.

Wayne was a former member of the Hopewell V.F.W. He was always helping people and was the family Mr. Fix it, he could repair anything.
