Tyler Ray Brown, 29, of Bedford, PA; passed away due to injuries sustained in a workplace accident on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in Lebanon County. He was born on May 10, 1994 in Everett, PA; a son of Debra K. (Johnson) Brown of Bedford and Joseph Ray Brown of Everett. On August 24, 2019 in Everett, PA; he was united in marriage to Alisha D. (Chalfont) Brown.
Along with his parents and wife, he is survived by children Enzo and Nova; a brother Michael Brown whom were each other’s best friend, they had a wonderful bond; a nephew Brandon who was a like a brother; a niece Chelsea Rhine, he considered a little sister; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, mother-in-law Bonnie Chaney; sister-in-law Rachel and brother-in-law Larry “Bubba” Chalfont, Jr.; god parents Donald and Barbara Pittman, close friends Shawn and Brittany Smith, Corey Ford and Zack Novak.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Harry and Florence Brown; father-in-law Larry Chalfont and step father-in-law Ken Chaney.
He was a graduate of Bedford High School Class of 2012. Tyler was baptized and was raised in the Yeager Lutheran Church and more recently attended Wills Mountain Church of Christ, Hyndman.
He belonged to the 814 Society Car Club and was currently employed as a lineman at Communications Construction Group, LLC (CCG).
Tyler loved his wife, children and his family. He enjoyed family vacations to Ocean City, MD; St. Augustine, FL; camping, snowboarding, motorcycles, hockey and loved being outdoors.
Friends and Family will be received for a time of visitation on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 4-8 P.M. at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537 and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Tim McIntyre officiating.
Burial will be held in Snake Spring Township.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Tyler to any Hometown Bank location for a trust account for his children.
