Timothy Eugene Brumbaugh, 60, of Duncansville, Pa native of Saxton, passed away very unexpectedly on August 15, 2020. Tim was born February 25, 1960 in Huntingdon, Pa. son of Patricia (Miller) Brumbaugh and the late Donald E. Brumbaugh both of Saxton. He is survived by his mother, and a brother Terry and his wife Cynthia Brumbaugh of New Bloomfield, Pa.
After graduating high school in 1978, Tim briefly attended Millersville University for a year. Afterward Tim worked at Seton Company for a number of years. In 1986 after a tragic car accident, Tim returned to college at Pennsylvania College of Technology earning a degree in Engineering CAD Technology. He then took a position at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, Pa and later at Mclanahan in Duncansville, Pa as a CAD CAM draftsman.
Throughout his life, Tim was an avid hunter, and enjoyed NASCAR racing, and especially NHRA drag racing. A lifelong Richard Petty fan, Tim was also very interested in the Adam Petty foundation Victory Junction camp for kids, and the Petty Foundation Paralyzed Veterans of America program.
Tim was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Saxton. When in good health a fun loving person, Tim will be sadly missed. Burial will be held at Grandview Cemetery. Arrangements by Akers Funeral Chapel, 15 Church Street, Saxton, PA 16678.
