Susan D. Clark, of Breezewood, PA; passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 14, 2025 at home. She was born on June 27, 1953 in Everett, PA; a daughter of Gaye (Stiffler) Clark of Everett and the late James D. Clark. In July of 1993 in Cumberland, MD; she was united in marriage to Roger J. Clark, Jr. He preceded her in death on October 28, 2006.
Along with her mom, she is survived by three daughters Amy S. Diehl, Breezewood; Kristie A. Diehl and significant other Troy Foor, Everett and Amber Leader married to Michael, Breezewood; step-daughter Jamie L. Smith; grandchildren Madison Turner, Brent J. Beaver, Alayna D. Leader and Kylee D. Leader; siblings Shirley Weaver, Jeanne Weddle, James Clark, Jr., Michael Clark, Greta “Cathy” Clark, Patti Foor married to John, Carol Lisa Wagner and a step brother Robert Clark.
She was preceded in death by grandson Colten D. Diehl and step brother Gary Stiffler.
She was a member of the Everett Seventh Day Adventist Church. She volunteered at the Everett Food Pantry. Susan owned and operated the Union in Everett alongside her husband for a number of years. She later worked at the Vision Quest in Fulton County as a cook at the boy’s camp.
She enjoyed being outdoors working around her home, mowing, tending to flowers and her trees.
Friends and Family will be received on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 4-8 P.M. at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Everett Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Donald Ball and Pastor Robert Snyder officiating.
Burial will be held at Union Memorial Cemetery.
If friends so desire in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Susan to the Everett Seventh Day Adventist Church.
