Stephanie A. Michaels, 48, of Miller Road, Alum Bank, PA; passed away on May 1, 2020 at home as a result of serious complications associated with Lyme disease. Stephanie lovingly served at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Johnstown.
She was a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School Class of 1989, and received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
She was a retired school teacher from the Latrobe School District and currently owned and operated Fishertown Country Store alongside her husband.
She was truly an inspiration and an example of staying faithful to God and steadfast in her love for Jesus and still wanting to serve Him through it all, when often it is easy to be angry and to doubt but she stayed true.
A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held by her family.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Stephanie to your local humane society.
