Shawn A. Wareham

Shawn A. Wareham, 45, of Manns Choice, PA; passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at home after losing his battle to cancer.  He was born on December 4, 1974 in Everett, PA; a son of George Michael and Linda “Becky” (Lee) Wareham of Everett.  On February 26, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV he was united in marriage to Virginia “Gina” A. (Adomnik) Wareham. 

Along with his parents and wife, he is survived by children Harley M. Wareham and fiance Hunter L. Bennett, Bedford, PA; Emily E. Wareham and Bailey M. Wareham of Fishertown, PA; three step children Haley N. Adomnik, Trey E. Showalter and Alec B. Showalter; granddaughter Elsie M. Bennett and three brothers Brian M. Wareham married to Tracy; Todd L. Wareham married to Lorie and Kenneth D. Wareham married to June. 

Shawn was a graduate of Bedford High School Class of 1993.  He drove truck, driving for various companies over the years, most recently being a truck jockey for US Foods and before that hauling mail. 

He formerly attended Wesleyan Chapel in West Virginia for a number of years. 

Shawn was a member of the Everett American Legion Post No. 08 and Schellsburg V.F.W. Post 440.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors, kayaking, gong to the races and beach trips. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Snake Spring Community Park on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 7:00 P.M.  Friends are invited to stop by for a time of visitation from 4:00 P.M. until the time of service.
