Scarlett D. (Godsey) Jenkins

 Scarlett D. Jenkins, 70, of Saxton, PA; passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at home.  She was born on May 24, 1953 in Phoenix, Arizona; a daughter of the late Warren and Bessie (Mitchell) Godsey. 

She is survived by three children Brittany Jenkins, York, PA; Ryan Jenkins, Shippensburg, PA and Trevor Jenkins, York, PA; step daughter Natasha Salvo, Huntingdon; two grandchildren Miles Gingerich and Alena Jenkins; two step grandchildren Randle and Michael Naylor; a sister Charlene Corson, Huntington Beach, CA and step sister Sherry Hall, Albuquerque, NM.

She was preceded in death by a sister Charlotte Mead.

Scarlett worked at Seton Manufacturing until the plants closing and later working at the Coffee Shop and Al’s in Saxton.

She had a love for flowers, wildlife and nature in general.  Scarlett was a social member of the Saxton V.F.W.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Akers Funeral Chapel.
