Sandra J. (Billings) Carl

Sandra J. Carl, 58, of Everett, PA; passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at her home in Everett, Pa.  She was born on December 6, 1962 in Wellsville, N. Y.; a daughter of the late Leroy B. and Elizabeth Jane (Brown) Billings.

She was united with her husband L. Allen Carl on June 6, 1980.  Along with her husband she is survived by children Tara J. married to Daniel Feuillet, Breezewood, Tracy J. Carl and companion Doug Weatherley, Jr., Allen L. Carl married to Brittany (Decker) of Everett; grandchildren Rylan, Evander, Beau, Finn, Izaiah, Jetzy and Kenzly; siblings Mary Martinelli and husband Steve, Roy Billings and wife Joan, Pam Costello, Randy Billings, Kevin Billings, Stacy Baumer and a special niece that was like a daughter Nikki Pensyl.

She enjoyed hunting, riding and training horses.  She had a love for animals and was always helping others with their animals; she was talented with her hands.   She especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren.

Services will be held privately in the chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Robertson officiating.

Burial will be held at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
