Ronald L. Colledge

Ronald L. Colledge, 73, of East Graceville Road, Breezewood, PA; passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at home.  He was born on August 21, 1951 in Everett, PA; a son of the late Clifford and Martha (Garlick) Colledge.  On August 28, 1971 in Breezewood, PA; he was united in marriage to Ruth Ann (Pittman) Colledge. 

Along with his wife, he is survived by two sons Thomas Colledge married to Tammy and Tim Colledge and his dog “Duke”; granddaughter Megan and her significant other Clay; step grandchildren Dylan, Quinton married to Corrie and Natasha; five step great grandchildren Albert, Rylee, Owen, Bentley and Laney; siblings Helen Bechtel, June Smith married to Buck and Vernon Colledge married to Theresa.

He was preceded in death by siblings James, Francis “Pete”, Foster, Arnold, Clair, Blaine, Doris, Daniel and Kise.

Ronald worked for various construction companies over the years, but spent the majority of his career at New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company, retiring in 1996.  After retirement he worked part time for East Providence Township running the grader.

He enjoyed riding around visiting his friends and traveling with his son picking up scrap vehicles.  He enjoyed operating his loader, watching westerns, catching up with his old co-workers of New Enterprise Stone and Lime, but most importantly loved spending time with his family.

Friends and family may call on Saturday, August 09, 2025 from 9-11 A.M. at Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 09, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Hall officiating.

Burial will be held at Mt. Chapel Cemetery.
