Robert D. “Dewy” College, 49, of Brallier Station Road, Everett, PA; passed away on January 21, 2020 at home. He was born on August 26, 1970 in McConnellsburg, PA; a son of Betty L. (Tew) Hasting of Everett and Robert D. College married to Donna (States) of Everett. On April 3, 1999 he was united in marriage to Lisa A. (Roland) College.
Along with is wife he is survived by children Ashley Williams married to Adam, Everett, PA; Dustin College married to Kirsten (Guyer), Everett, PA; and Brandon College, Everett; two sisters Gloria Allison and Robbi Beckett; grandchildren Kason College, Khloe Williams and Kennedy College; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dewy was an owner and operator of a tri-axle, he was a hired hauler for New Enterprise Stone and Lime for many years. He had previously worked winter maintenance for PennDot for fifteen years.
He attended Tatesville United Methodist Church.
He enjoyed trucks, motorcycles, working on cars and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Family and Friends may call at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA; on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 5-8 P.M. and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Sue Detterline officiating.
Burial will be held in Tatesville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
