Richard “Dick” Paul Williams, age 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at Pennknoll Village in Everett from Pancreatic Cancer. He was born April 8th, 1939 in Broad Top City, Huntington County, Pennsylvania to Samuel E. Williams & Pearl Mae (Evans) Williams.
His partner Nancy Smith, preceded him in death in 2018. He is survived by his daughter, Tracy Mae (Dan) Franklin and a grandson, Daniel B. Franklin all of Tiffin, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his partner, parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister. He was the last surviving member of his family.
He served in the United States Army. He worked in various positions throughout his life. He was honored by the Sandy Run Landfill for his efforts in Broad Top for cleaning up the environment.
He was a simple man who was kind, giving, always smiling, humorous and a positive attitude. He enjoyed his cats, morning coffee with his neighbor, his daughter and his friends.
