Ralph was preceded in death by a son Ralph Hiquet and his longtime companion Anna Mary Ritko.

Mr. Hiquet served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War with the 378th SIG Co., upon returning home he worked for several years as a lineman.

Ralph was a lifelong butcher, and was well known throughout the area.  He was taught the trade by his father at a young age, and upon graduating high school he attended the National School of Meat Cutting in Toledo, OH.  He cut meat for many local stores and packing plants.  Ralph also did custom butchering at his house for many years.

Ralph enjoyed gardening, gambling and hunting.  He was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed his yearly hunting trips to West Virginia.  Above all else, Ralph enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He enjoyed nothing more than catching up with all of his friends.  He will be greatly missed.
