Penny L Foor

Penny L. Foor, 54, of Lincoln Highway, Breezewood, PA; passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at UPMC Bedford Hospital.  She was born on September 6, 1967 in Everett, PA; a daughter of Mary K. (Colledge) Foor of Breezewood, PA and the late John R. Foor. 

She is survived by children Jennifer Foor and fiancé Morten Nielsen and Joey Foor married to Emily (Peeler) Everett, PA; life partner Rick Souders; grandchildren Wednesday Adams, Linkoln Foor and Alexi Foor; siblings Darlene Dacheux married to Donnie; Cindy Halterman; V.J. Kniseley married to Kenny and Terry Smith married to Lloyd and her dogs “Teddy” and “Lady” and cat “Gandolf”.

Along with her father she was preceded in death by siblings Carolyn (Foor) Blackstone, Johnny Guitar Foor and Dewey John Foor and brother-in-law Robert Halterman.

Penny was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1985.  After graduation she took some courses in computer programming.  Over the years she worked at the animal shelter and for various animal groomers.  She had a great love for animals and enjoyed tending to her chickens.   

She was a member of the Breezewood V.F.W. Post No. 8333.  She was an Elvis enthusiast and enjoyed crafting, sewing, making jewelry, tending to her sunflower gardens and playing her video games.
