Paul "Tommy" Ramsey Obituary

Paul “Tommy” Thomas Ramsey, 63, of Breezewood, passed away on July 2, 2026, at UPMC Bedford Memorial.

Born on April 7, 1963, Tommy was the son of Donna June (Markle) Ramsey and the late Paul Thomas Ramsey Sr.

Tommy was the proud owner and operator of Ramsey’s Auto Salvage, where his strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and determination were evident to everyone who knew him. He loved the outdoors and working with his hands, but above all, Tommy was a homebody. If you stopped by, chances were you would find him down the driveway in his garage, doing what he loved most—working on cars. It was more than a hobby; it was a lifelong passion. Whether he was riding his side-by-side, running his loader, or finding ways to improve his business and the family farm, Tommy was never one to sit still. He believed in hard work and took great pride in everything he built, repaired, and maintained.

Above all else, Tommy loved spending time with his family. His greatest joy came from making memories with those he loved, especially his grandchildren. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, unwavering dedication, and unconditional love that will continue to live on through them.

Tommy is survived by his mother, Donna June (Markle) Ramsey; his sister, Debra "Debby" Graff married to Paul; his two daughters, Amanda Imgrund and her husband, Robert Imgrund, and their children, Haidyn Imgrund and Madilyn Imgrund; and Jessica Michael and her husband, Carl Michael, and their children, Ava Michael and Rowan Michael; and a nephew Kyle Hammond. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory.

In keeping with Tommy’s wishes, a simple graveside service celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Chapel Church, with Pastor Ronald Hott officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537.
