Patricia Gail White, 84 of Texas Corner Road, New Enterprise, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at home. She was born on November 26, 1939 in Salemville; the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Horton) Imler. She married Drexel W. White on September 12, 1959 in Winchester, VA.
Along with her husband of sixty-four years she is survived by four children Martin White married to Roxanne of Latrobe, Robin S. Stern of Martinsburg, Gregory White married to Rachel of New Enterprise and Thomas Foster of New Enterprise; grandchildren Kayla, Natasha, Kara, Sierra; great-grandchild Austin; sisters Becky Law, Pam Rhodes and brothers Frank and Harland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Julie Foster; granddaughter Shanna Stern; sisters, Donna, Joann and Beverly as well as brothers Chet, Alfred “Aug”, Roger, and Thomas.
Patricia was a graduate of Northern Bedford County High School Class of 1958 and was a member of the Bedford Forge Community Church. She retired from the Lion Manufacturing in Everett when it closed in 1983. Patricia enjoyed spending time with family, crocheting, cooking, coloring, word searches, watching tv and gardening in her flower beds.
Friends and Family may call at Akers Funeral Home, 299 Raystown Road, Everett on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 6-8 P.M. and on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at Bedford Forge Community Church.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Bedford Forge Community Church at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Beth Pyles officiating.
Burial will be held at Bedford Forge Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Pat to the Bedford Forge Community Church.
