Pamela S. (Hess) Greenwald

Pamela S. Greenwald, 52, of Summit View Road, Everett, PA; passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at UPMC Altoona Hospital with her fiancé by her side.  She was born on April 6, 1969 in Everett, PA; a daughter of the late Arthur C. and Barbara B. (Black) Hess.

She is survived by her fiancé Jesse Eshelman, son Brian E. Greenwald II married to Brittany; grandchildren Dakota, Emma, Bailey and one on the way; sisters Connie Gelvin, Hopewell; Kathy Barton married to Merle, Hopewell; Sherry Miller married to Jim, Hopewell; several nieces and nephews and her dog “Rocky”.

She was preceded in death by sons Michael Pittman and Corey Greenwald.

Pam was a graduate of Northern Bedford County High School Class of 1987.  Over the years she worked at Dallco, Kennametal and cared for the elderly.

She enjoyed hunting, working outside, relaxing by her pool, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, they were her everything.  Pam enjoyed participating in activities with her niece Tammy.

She was a member of the Everett V.F.W. Post 2088, where she served as Chaplain.

Friends and Family will be received on Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Forrester officiating.

Burial will be held at Brumbaugh Cemetery.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Pam to the V.F.W. Post No 2088 or the Bedford County Humane Society.
