Nevin Michael “Buck” McMullen, 18, of Orbisonia, PA; passed away unexpectedly in an auto accident on Monday, March 23, 2026. He was born on August 24, 2007 in Huntingdon, PA; a son of Clair T. “George” McMullen of Orbisonia and companion Annette Little and Sherri Lynn (Hoover) McMullen and companion Brandon Chamberlain.
Along with his parents, he is survived by three brothers George Thomas McMullen, Caleb Eli McMullen and Owen Marcus McMullen; paternal grandparents Mabel and the late Kevin Strait; maternal grandparents Douglas Hoover Sr. and the late Susan Hoover; adopted brothers Colby Brechbiel, Thomas and Daniel Chamberlain, numerous aunts and uncles and his dog “Patchy”.
He was affiliated with Trinity Evangelical Fellowship in Mapleton, PA, and most recently attended Everett Grace Brethren Church.
Nevin was a graduate of Southern Huntingdon High School Class of 2025, where he played bocce ball, baseball and football. He was a member of the Chuck Wagon Gang 4H Club in Fulton County, Royal Rangers Outpost No. 341; he participated in many demolition derbies locally and in other states. He enjoyed working on cars, tractors and had a love for hunting, fishing, and camping at Shade Gap Picnic.
He was employed at JLG Industries in McConnellsburg.
Though his time with us was far too short, his life was filled with laughter, kindness, and unforgettable moments.
Friends and Family will be received on Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 5-8 P.M. at the Everett Grace Brethren Church and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. to the hour of service.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Everett Grace Brethren Church with Pastor Adam Morgan and Pastor Bobby Layman officiating.
Burial will be held at Rock Hill Cemetery, Clearville, PA.
