Mona L. Clapper

Mona L. Clapper, 78, of Woodbury Pike, Hopewell went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her home in Hopewell, PA.  She was born on March 3, 1942 in Yellow Creek, PA; the daughter of the late Horace and Mildred (Fluke) Clapper.

Mona is survived by her brother-in- law Donald E. Replogle; niece Lora A. Palmer; nephew Doug A. Replogle.

Mona was preceded in death by her sister, Norma J. Replogle.

Ms. Clapper was a member of the Riddlesburg Church of the Brethren. 

Mona was a graduate from NBC High School Class of 1960.  She later graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science degree in foreign language. Mona loved traveling to various parts of the world. She lived in New York where she was a Foreign Exchange Officer for twenty years. She enjoyed football, tennis, and her pet monkey, “Quinten.”

Private services will be held.
