Martha Ross

Martha “Sis” Ross, 86, of Fillo Lane, Bedford, PA; passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024 at home. She was born on May 27, 1938 in Dudley, PA; a daughter of the late James and Margaret (Carmack) Ross.  

She is survived by siblings Norman Ross married to Joanne of Six Mile Run, Madiline Miller of Bedford, Ellen Miller married to David of Hollidaysburg and Ruth Ross of Bedford; three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and a great great grandson.

She was preceded in death by infant son Dennis Eugene Ross; daughter Norma Goldizen; siblings Jame F. Ross and Mary Ross.

Martha enjoyed planting flowers, yard sales, cleaning, drinking coffee and doing puzzles.

Friends and Family will be received on Thursday, June 27, 2024  at the Akers Funeral Home, 299 Raystown Road, Everett from 3-4 P.M.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Chaplain Ruth Joudry officiating.
