Linda Beegle Obituary

Linda Lou Beegle, 76, of Clearville, PA; passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital, Everett.  She was born on December 6, 1944 in Everett, PA: a daughter of the late Scott W. and Bertha G. (Bloom) Clark.  On April 24, 1970 in Winchester, Virginia; she was united in marriage to Charles W. Beegle. 

Along with her husband of fifty years she is survived by daughter Angela Whisel married to Jeremy, Clearville and her grandson that she adored and loved to spend time with Jared W. Whisel.  She is also survived by siblings Deryl Clark married to Wanda, Sherry Sipes married to Gary and Donna Diehl; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by sister Cathy E. Clark. 

Linda formerly attended Rock Hill Christian Church. 

She was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1963.  Throughout the years she was employed at Gateway Travel Plaza, Wendy’s in Breezewood and IGA Foodliner. 

She was a hard worker and would always be willing to help others.  Linda enjoyed reading her bible, watching wrestling, cleaning, cooking and painting ceramics, plastercraft and woodworking with her husband.  She will be greatly missed. 

A special thanks to Paul, lil Eric and Kaleigh Beegle for all their help caring for Linda. A very special thanks to her grandson Jared for the numerous hours and days that he spent helping take care of her. She thoroughly enjoyed having him there with her. 

Private Services will be held in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA with Pastor C.J. Bowser officiating. 
Burial will be held privately at Rock Hill Cemetery. 

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Beegle to the Bedford County Humane Society, 182 Bohn Road, Bedford, PA 15522.
