Linda B. (Bollinger) Beegle

Linda B. Beegle, 86, of Bedford, PA; passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Nancy’s Personal Care Home.  She was born on February 22, 1939 in Everett, PA; a daughter of the late John H. and Beulah (Woods) Bollinger.  On June 19, 1971 in Bedford, she was united in marriage to Thomas V. Beegle

Along with her husband, she is survived by a son Michael G. Beegle and a daughter Louann K. Bollman married to Mark; stepchildren Thomas W. Beegle and Kathryn A. Koontz married to Robert; two grandchildren that she adored Tyler Bollman (Chrissy) and Drew Bollman married to Jaimie; and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren that became like her own.

She was preceded in death by a sister Mary Josephine “Sissy” Logan.

Linda was a graduate of the Bedford High School.  She was a member of Community Grace Church in Everett.  Linda was employed as an Executive Secretary for Westinghouse in Bedford for a number of years and later worked at the American Cancer Society where she organized a lot of community events and fundraisers. 

She assisted her husband with the family business Beegle’s Service and Repair in Bedford.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 9:30 -11:00 A.M. at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Peeler officiating. 

Burial will be held at Bedford County Memorial Park, Bedford, PA.
