Kenneth Vaughn Wyles, 91, of Roaring Spring, formerly of Saxton; passed away on November 8, 2024 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. He was born on April 13, 1933 in Saxton; a son of the late Howard and Ella (Rtichey) Wyles. He was united in marriage to Nancy (Putt), who survives along with one son Peter Wyles married to Mana, Saratoga, CA; one daughter Dana Clapper married to Shane of Altoona; step daughter Tammy Graffious, Saxton; six grandchildren Tyler Wyles, Sam Wyles, Christina Watkins (Justin), Lynsi Lynn (Daniel), Bethanni Rhoat (Jeffrey), Bradley Dodson (Alisha) and ten great grandchildren Connor Watkins, Colton Watkins, Lea Watkins, Kynslee Lynn, Kylar Lynn, Kaycee Lynn, Harmony Rhoat, Heidi Rhoat, J.D. Rhoat and Easton Dodson. He is also survived by a sister Lillian Kelly of Saxton.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
Mr. Wyles retired from the United States Air Force with twenty-two years of service, having served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
At his request there will be no public services, burial will be in St. Luke’s Cemetery, Saxton.
