June R. Lemin

June R. Lemin, 88, of Saxton, PA;  passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at Select Specialty in Johnstown, PA. She was born in Huntingdon, PA on May 28, 1931; a daughter of the late William H. and Dolly M. (Carberry) Brode.  On June 14, 1952 she married Owen Lemin; he preceded her in death on September 23, 1984.

She is survived by daughters Carol June Foore married to the late Mark Duane Foore, Six Mile Run, PA and Cathy Gambol married to Steve, Saxton, PA; daughter-in-law Jacklyn (Reed) Lemin; grandchildren Michael Brown; Michelle Aller married to Jimmy; Jessica Reffner married to John; Rebecca Stevenson married to Marcus; Jared Lemin; Cody Brown; Nicholas Lemin; Mitchell Gambol and Syummar Neville; brother William Brode married to Judy; numerous nieces and nephews;  sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter on the way.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death sons William Owen Lemin and Chris Guy Lemin; brothers Harold Brode and Robert Brode and grandson Mark Lemin.

June was a member of the Oasis of Love Church in Saxton.  She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as watching local and professional football, collecting coins and coloring on her iPad.

Friends and family will be received on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until the hour of service at Akers Funeral Chapel, 715 Church Street, Saxton, PA  16678.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Akers Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kathy Speck officiating.

Burial will be held at Rhoat Cemetery.
