Joanne D. (Perrin) Blackburn

Joanne Delores Blackburn, 95, of Frederick, MD; passed away peacefully at the Kline Hospice House in Mt. Airy, MD on June 23, 2026 with family by her side.  She was born on April 3, 1931 in White Deer, PA; a daughter of the late Floyd and Ada (Swartzwelder) Perrin. 

She is survived by three children Edward D. Blackburn (Lynn), Deborah J. Bowers (Rich), Stacie A. Gallo (John); grandchildren Natalie (James), Mark (Ramona), Ashley (Justin), Joe (Chrissy), Jarod, and Samantha; great grandchildren Ellsea, Oakleigh, Luca, Lea and a brother Terry Perrin (Norma).

She was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Joanne was of the Methodist faith.

A Graveside Service will be held on June 26, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Everett Cemetery with Pastor Mike Benner officiating.
