Jarred Bulger, 35, of Everett, PA; passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Conemaugh Hospital after injuries sustained from a work accident. He was born on December 5, 1990 in Everett; a son of Jaimie L. and Mary L. (Weicht) Bulger.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his Aunt Kelly Hayes married to Travis; special cousins Greyson and Ethan and Tina Hartwig; good friends and his wing buddies Bucco, Jen, Brad and Deanna Foor; and Travis Beegle, which was a like a brother to him. Among those that will cherish his memory is his special friend Kayloni Foor.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents JoAnn Jay and Oscar Weicht, paternal grandparents Donald and Alberta Bulger.
Jarred was a proud graduate of the Everett Area High School Class of 2009. Deeply invested in his local community, he served several terms on the Everett Borough Council. Jarred also took great pride in his daily work, serving as the street manager for Everett Borough and working for the West Providence Township Municipal Authority, where he truly enjoyed working alongside Jason Foor and Brady Foor.
Most recently, Jarred was recognized at the state level, earning a second-place finish in a statewide contest for his innovative creation of a divider box for a salt spreader.
Jarred loved being outdoors and was happiest when running equipment, woodworking, or spending quality time with his little cousins, Greyson and Ethan. Known for his meticulous nature, Jarred took immaculate care of his belongings—frequently waxing his toolboxes and ensuring his truck and Kubota tractor were always in pristine condition.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Jarred’s life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Bruce Maxwell and Pastor Luther Scell officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jarred to the Hometown Bank % Jaimie and Mary Bulger to assist the family with expenses.
