Born on February 25, 1988, in Everett, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Ronald Blake Brallier, Sr., and Robin Brallier of Everett, Pennsylvania. He was a 2007 graduate of Everett Area Junior/Senior High School.

Jim was employed at Lynn Brambley's Weld Shop, where he was known as a hardworking employee. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games, loved classic cars, fishing, and tinkering with anything he could get his hands on. He especially loved spending time with his daughters, who were the greatest joy of his life.

Jim is lovingly remembered by his girlfriend, Amy Calhoun of Everett; his two daughters, Harmony and Victoria; his parents, Ronald Blake Brallier, Sr., and Robin Brallier of Everett, Pennsylvania; his brother, Ronald Blake Brallier, Jr. (Dawn); his sisters, Hillary Tollison (Ryan) of Wyoming and Ashley Treece (Adam) of Clearville; his niece and nephew, Destiny and Austin Brallier; his niece and nephew, Ellie and Ryder Tollison; his niece and nephew, Ayrian and Abel Treece; along with many extended family members, coworkers, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Jim was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Mildred Fletcher of Everett, Pennsylvania, and his paternal grandparents, Bernard and Lenore Brallier, Sr., of Hopewell, Pennsylvania.

Jim's passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love for his family, and the many memories he shared with those closest to him. Though his life was far too short, the memories he created and the love he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
