Jake T. Paugh, 64, of Memory Lane, Artemas, PA; passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at home. He was born on March 14, 1956 in Baltimore, MD a son of the late Delbert and Edna (Smith) Paugh.
He was united in marriage to Candie S. (Mallow) Paugh. Along with his loving wife he is survived by two children Timothy Richard Paugh and Elizabath Marie Paugh-Michael married to Jedidiah and two grandchildren Amelia and Ava Michael.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Pleasant Union Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.
