Iva Jane "Janie" O'Neal

Iva Jane “Janie” O’Neal, 74, of Everett, PA; passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024.  She was born on July 17, 1949 in Everett, PA; a daughter of the late Kenneth and Flora (Robinson) O’Neal.

She is survived by sisters Joan E. Cornell married to John R. Foor, Everett, PA; Mary Lou Bowman married to Gerald, Perrysville, OH and Linda O’Neal, Bedford, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Janie grew up attending the Black Valley Federated Church and enjoyed visiting Sunday worship at the Everett Assembly of God and Bedford United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, working puzzles and long car rides.  Janie loved the Christmas season.

Friends and Family will be received for a time of visitation on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537.

Burial will be held privately at Frame Church Cemetery.
