Obituary
Glenn L. Moffat, 74, of Wells Tannery, Pa., passed away on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at Penn Highlands Hospital, Huntingdon.
He was born on March 9, 1948, in Saxton, Pa., a son of the late Glenn A. and Ruth (Ford) Moffat. He was formerly married to Maron (Grubb) Moffat, she preceded him in death on March 23, 2010. He was united in marriage to Carol Black.
She survives him along with children, Michelle Diane Shue and Misty Dawn Bacon; stepchildren, Marilynn Replogle and Carolyn McConnahay; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings: Twilia Snyder, Steve Moffat, Cindy Griffith, Myrtice Bigler and Daryl Moffat.
Glenn worked in the Asphalt industry over the years and also worked as a borough police officer in McConnellsburg.
Glenn was a member of the Broad Top American Legion and the Saxton V.F.W. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also enjoyed participating in the annual Young at Heart Games.
