Gary Lee McQuait, Jr.

Gary Lee McQuait, Jr. 43, of Riddlesburg, PA; passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 12, 2021.  He was born on July 8, 1977 in Everett, PA; a son of Tamie Gordon and husband Larry Bridges of Portage and Gary McQuait Sr. and wife Mary Ann of Hopewell.  He was a 1995 graduate of Tussey Mountain High School.

He is survived by the loves of his life Gwen Donaldson, and sons, Benjamin Jacob McQuait, Logan Daniel McQuait, and stepson, Lucas Cooley, all of Riddlesburg; sister, Amie McQuait and husband, Anthony Lynch, of Chambersburg; brother, Michael Bridges, and wife, LaShae of Centerville; special nephew and niece, Trajan and Taryn Atherton, and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents B. Robert (Red) and Wilma Gordon, Sandra Kay Kuklo, and Ronald McQuait Sr.; aunt, Robin Kuklo, and best friend, Jeremy Roarabaugh.

Gary Lee was loved by all.  He was of the Christian faith.  He loved spending time with his boys.  Gary Lee was a kind soul.

He loved to hunt, trap, fish, garden and make bird houses from gourds, and spend time with family.  He will be truly missed by all.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
