Francis A. Garlick

Francis A. Garlick, 48, of Calhoun Road, Everett; passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at home.  He was born on May 9, 1971 in Roaring Spring, PA; son of Francis E. Garlick married to Sherry and Paulett (Dodson) Chamberlain married to Jeffery.

Along with his parents he is survived by siblings Trenton Garlick and fiancé Shanna Schwentner and Ryan Chamberlain; he was loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles; special great niece and nephew Selena Garlick and Neal Zimmerman.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Hazel (Clark) Dodson and Veryl Dodson and paternal grandparents Ethel Garlick and Seibert M. Garlick.

Francis was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1992. He was a country music, bluegrass and gospel music fan as well as a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He loved to sing and play guitar, camping with his family, write and read his bible.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Clear Creek Brethren in Christ Church with Pastor John Geyer, Pastor Ronald Hott and Pastor Joe Duvall officiating.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 4-8 P.M. at Akers Funeral Home, 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537 and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.

Burial will be held at Wells Valley Presbyterian Cemetery.
