Diana "DeeDee" L. (Beegle) Smith

Diana "DeeDee" (Beegle) Smith, 72, of Clearville, PA; passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  She was born on December 10, 1953 in Bedford, PA; a daughter of the late Calvin W. and Margaret I. (Smith) Beegle.  On October 28, 1972 in LeVale, MD; she was united in marriage to Richard D. Smith.  He preceded her in death on January 20, 2023.

She is survived by two children Tammy Hart married to Nathaniel, Clearville, PA; and Clinton Smith married to Brenda (Berkey), Alum Bank, PA; grandchildren Taylor Martin married to Josh; Andrew and Alex Hart; great grandchildren R.J., Kloey and Nate; siblings Paul Beegle, Jimmy Beegle married to Robin, Rusty Beegle married to Brenda, Terry Beegle married to Trudy, G. Eric Beegle and companion Ronda and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by an infant son and the following siblings Christine Reid, Mary Ann Beegle, Charles "Billy" Beegle, Michael Beegle and Kathy Kovachick.

Throughout the years, she worked at Lions Manufacturing, Post House in Breezewood and lastly retiring from Starbucks as a barista.  She enjoyed being a homemaker, cooking, spending time with grandchildren and attending family picnics.

 A graveside service will be held and announced at a later date.
