Dennis A. Replogle, 80, of Bedford, PA; formerly of Yellow Creek, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring, PA. He was born on January 4, 1946 in Everett, PA; a son of the late James S. and Kathryn E. (Foor) Replogle. On November 4, 1967 in the First Christian Church, by the Rev. Paul Gettinger, he was united in marriage to Brenda A. (Sleighter) Replogle.
Along with his wife, he is survived by two sons Trevor Replogle married to Kimberly (Plummer), Bedford and Travis Replogle married to Rebecca (Norris), Hopewell; granddaughters Abby Replogle and Sophie Replogle; step grandsons Hunter Reyan and Haden Reyan; three step great grandsons; and sister-in-law Tanya (Boden) Replogle.
He was preceded in death by siblings James R. Replogle, Gerald “Jerry” Replogle, Donald E. Replogle, sisters-in-law Norma (Clapper) Replogle and Blodwen “Bobbie” Replogle.
He was a member of the First Christian Church in Everett and attended St. Paul’s Reformed Church in Yellow Creek for a number of years.
Dennis was a graduate of Northern Bedford County High School Class of 1963. He worked for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission as maintenance superintendent for over thirty years until his retirement in 1999.
He served as president of the Yellow Creek Reformed Cemetery Association and the Broad Top Burial Association for a number of years. Dennis was an avid fan of Penn State football, Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards for many years. He loved coaching little league baseball with his brother Jim for many years, especially when his sons played.
At Dennis’s request there will be no services, with burial being held privately at Yellow Creek Reformed Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dennis to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
