Clyde Eugene Conner

Clyde Eugene Conner, 70, of Everett, PA; passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at UPMC Passavaant-McCandless Hospital.  He was born on October 29, 1950 in Everett, PA; a son of the late Harold Mills and Freda (Conner).  He was raised in the home of his late grandparents Ira and Edna (Grove) Conner.  On July 3, 1971 in Dudley, he was united in marriage to Catherine (Neuder) Conner.  

Along with his wife he is survived by two children Kelli Bobby married to Justin, Mechanicsburg, PA and Kevin Conner, Mechanicsburg, PA; two grandchildren Eli Bobby and Gabriella Bobby; and a sister Sharon Stiffler married to Thomas, Bedford, PA.

Clyde was a graduate of Everett High School Class of 1968.  He worked for Cooney Brothers as a welder for a number of years until his retirement.

He was patient and always willing to help anyone who would ask.  Clyde was always in his garage fixing something “working like a dog”, he could fix anything.  When not in his garage he could be found sitting on the porch watching the birds, squirrels, ponies or turkeys.

Clyde loved his Sunday football and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

A Private Service will be held due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
