Clara Jane (Mallow) Beegle

Clara Jane Beegle, 80, of Beegle Road, Clearville, PA; passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born on March 9, 1941 in Clearville, PA; a daughter of the late Owen and Ollie Mable (Harper) Mallow.  On October 15, 1993 at Pleasant Union Church; she was united in marriage to Roger L. Beegle.  

Along with her husband of twenty-eight years she is survived by a brother Eldon Mallow married to Angeline (Shaffer); brothers-in-law: Robert Matthews and Kurte Bickerstaff; and numerous loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by siblings Retha Matthews, Naomi Bickerstaff, Ilda Valentine and her husband Glentis, Loma Price and her husband Walter; Mildred Mallow, Evelyn Moyer and her husband Burnie, Ollie Noecker and her husband Thomas and infant brother Manfred Mallow.

Clara worked at Lions Manufacturing for twenty-five years.  She enjoyed watching birds, wildlife and goats.

Friends and Family will be received on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537 from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of funeral service at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Jonas “Buck” Smith officiating.

Burial will be held privately at Pleasant Union Cemetery.
