Christopher Hughes Obituary

Christopher L. Hughes, 56, of Everett, passed away Thursday February 11, 2021, at Pennknoll Village. He was born May 8, 1964, in Huntingdon, son of Mabel (Morningstar) Catanese. He was preceded in death by his father Lee Hughes and stepfather Frank Catanese. He married Wanetia McDonald on January 7, 2006 and she passed away July 12, 2016.

Surviving are his mother, a son Tyler Hughes, step daughter Monica Barton and husband Keith, brothers, Lee Hughes, Matthew Hughes and wife Greta, David Hughes, Jamie Catanese and wife Amy, and a grandson Lynn Price II. He was preceded in death by a brother Larry Hughes.

Chris was formerly employed at CRA and WW Warehouse. He was a social member of the Breezewood V.F.W. and enjoyed watching NASCAR, seeing deer in his yard, spending time with his family and his cat “Kitters”.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services
