Cheryl Darlene (Beegle) Dicken, 79, of Everett, PA; passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.  She was born on September 22, 1946 in Everett, PA; a daughter of the late Charles F. and Phyllis (Weicht) Beegle.  On May 17, 1973 in Cumberland, MD; she was united in marriage to John "Junior" Dicken, he preceded her in death on April 8, 2000.

Cheryl is survived by three children: Andrea (Nick) Caro, of Crystal Spring; John (Tami) Dicken, of Virginia Beach, VA; and Justin Dicken, of Everett; stepchildren Kathy Reid and Kevin Dicken; ten grandchildren:  James Champ, Emily Robinson, Kristin Caro (Brandon King); Abigail Ellis (Jackson Harris); Courtney Caro; Hannah Dicken; Alexandra Dicken; Kenneth Dicken; JT Dicken; and Amanda Dicken; and one great grandson: River King; as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister Judy Clark, and her brother John Beegle.

Cheryl spent time as a beautician owning/operating her shop before staying home to raise her children. She loved being a mother and grandmother, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She loved horses and dogs, and undoubtedly met many at the Rainbow Bridge.  She loved sewing and crocheting, leaving behind numerous blankets and other projects for her family to remember her by.  She rarely found a hobby she couldn’t enjoy.  She loved history and John Wayne Westerns.  She will be remembered for both her quick wit and her hot temper, as well as her love for her family.

At Cheryl’s request there will be no services.  Burial will be held privately at Union Memorial Cemetery.
