Brian Dean Pepple

Brian Dean Pepple, 66, of Lower Snake Spring Road, Everett, PA; passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in Altoona Hospital surrounded by family members.  He was born in Everett, PA on November 19, 1957, a son of the late Robert “Dean” Pepple and survived by his mother Betty Louise (McCune) Pepple.

On March 6, 1987, he married Wanda L. (England) Pepple.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters; Becky L., married to Adam Henderson, of Bedford; Tonya A. married to Jeff Dibert, of Snake Spring Valley, Everett, Malynda K. married to Tony Emerson, San Antonio, TX; and a son Robert T. married to Loretta (Logue) Lynch, of Snake Spring Valley, Everett.  Fourteen grandchildren, Ava Michael, Blake Cragan, Dillon Cragan, Stephanie Henderson, William Dibert, married to Chelsea (Miller), Tyler Dibert, married to Chelsey (Spade), Crystal Beegle, married to Corey Beegle, Jarrod Emerson, Samuel Emerson, married to Kristen (Kirkpatrick), Ashlee Reese, married to Joshua, Aerial Lynch, Mathew Lynch, Gracie Lynch & Noah Lynch.  Thirteen Great-Grandchildren Kolston Dibert, Kadyn Dibert, Blaire Dibert, Perri Dibert, Calvin Beegle, Baylee Beegle, Austin Beegle, Norah Emerson, Jameson Emerson, Alexander Emerson, Jazmyne Lynch, Thomas Lynch, and Hazel Metz; 2 sisters; Teresa R. married to Vaughn Myers, of Bedford, Sharon Pepple, wife of the late Richard Demco, of Bedford and a brother Thomas Pepple married to Cindy (Robinette) of Bedford.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Patty (Clark) Pepple.

Brian was a graduate of Bedford High School Class of 1975. 

Brian retired from the PA Turnpike where he started out as an EMT on the turnpike ambulance later he was a district inventory clerk out of Everett Maintenance.  Previously he worked for Salathe’s managing the gas station in Wolfsburg, he also worked at Standard Register and for his parents who owned the Western Auto Store in Everett.

Brian was a member of the Bedford American Legion, NRA, Everett Sportsman’s Club where he and his wife Wanda were instructors for the Everett Jr. Rifle Club for approximately 15 years.  Brian also served as constable and as a Republican Committee man for Snake Spring Township.

Brian loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and spending time in the outdoors and was an avid hunter.  He was very passionate about turkey hunting.  Brian and his wife Wanda enjoyed hunting together, especially deer hunting.  They spent many hours together in the woods.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, August 02, 2024, at Snake Spring Valley Church of the Brethren, Everett PA from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of the service.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 02, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Snake Spring Valley Church of the Brethren with Pastor David Grimes officiating.

Burial will be held at Ritchey Cemetery.
