Bonnie L. (Booth) Burt

Bonnie L. (Booth) Burt, 82, formerly of Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg, PA.  She was born on September 25, 1941 in Homestead, PA; a daughter of the late Charles Harold and Ruth Alice (Hansen) Booth.  On September 1, 1962, she was united in marriage to Robert Edward Burt.  He preceded her in death on December 14, 2018.

She is survived by two children Karen Ritchey married to Shawn, Everett and David H. Burt married to Cheryl (Ebersole), Fredericksburg, PA; grandchildren Rachelle (Ritchey) married to Darin Reasy, Sarah (Ritchey) married to Mason Fischer, Michael and Matthew Burt and Jessica, Melissa and Juliette Ritchey; great granddaughter Isabella Joy Fischer.

She was preceded in death by a brother Harry Miller.

Mrs. Burt was a member of the Community Grace Church, Everett, where she taught Sunday school.  She taught Sunday school at her former church for twenty five years.

She and her husband were co-proprietors of ABC Dealer Service, a company for educational supplies for many years until her retirement.

Bonnie loved children; she hosted Good News Bible Club at her home for many years.  She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, camping and traveling with her family.  Above all she loved spending time with her grandchildren, great granddaughter and family.

Friends and Family will be received on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Community Grace Church from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Community Grace Church with Pastor Jeff Peeler officiating.

Burial will be held at Bedford County Memorial Park.
