Blodwen B. "Bobbie" Replogle, 92, of Jacks Corner, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 18, 1933 in Johnstown, PA; a daughter of the late Steven A. and Mary (Jones) Burr. On June 8, 1957 at the First Baptist Church in Ebensburg; she was united in marriage to James R. Replogle. He preceded her in death on August 17, 2003.
She is survived by two children Robin L. (Replogle) Walls married to Scott, Huntingdon, PA and Gregory J. Replogle and fiancé Debby Spring, Hopewell, PA; grandchildren Brett Replogle and companion Kelly Hancock, Laikan Replogle and companion Tyler Dickey, and Marina Replogle and companion Brad Mayne; great grandchildren Haylee, Henlee and Haislee, Colton, Evylin, Sabyin and Gage; sister-in-law Bonnie Burr and Tanya Replogle, and brother-in-law Dennis Replogle married to Brenda, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her brother Steven O. Burr, grandson Trenton Walls, and brothers-in-law Donald and Jerry Replogle.
She was an active member of the Yellow Creek Church, where she played the piano for many years. She was a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Retired Teachers, and Martinsburg League of Bowlers.
Bobbie was a graduate of Ebensburg Cambria High School Class of 1950 and Indiana State Teachers College in 1954 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Music.
Over the years, she spent her teaching career at Robert P. Smith, Lakeview Joint School District, Everett Area School District, and later retiring from the Bedford School District in 1987.
In her free time, she enjoyed knitting many Christmas stockings for family, playing the piano, and spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Yellow Creek Church with Pastor Kenneth Hinish officiating.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.
Burial will be held privately at Yellow Creek Reformed Cemetery.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Bobbie to Yellow Creek Church, Bedford County Humane Society, or Special Olympics of Bedford County.
