Betty K. (Ringer) Beasley

Betty Kay Beasley, 76, of Lincoln Highway, Bedford, PA; passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born on April 2, 1945 in South Connellsville, PA; a daughter of the late Arthur and Flora (Wiltrout) Ringer.  On April 6, 1968 in Arlington, VA; she was united in marriage to Joseph L. Beasley. 

Along with her husband of fifty-three years she is survived by son Chris Beasley of Bedford, PA; a brother Chuck Ringer married to Shana, San Antonio, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by siblings Arthur Jr., Albert, Loretta and Eleanor.

Betty loved her Lord Jesus and read her bible daily.

She was a graduate of Connellsville High School Class of 1963.  Upon graduation she moved to Arlington, VA to work for the Department of Agriculture for six years before moving to Bedford County and starting her thirty year career at Westinghouse/Bedford Materials until her retirement.

Betty loved animals, having served as past president of the Bedford County Humane Society.  She enjoyed bird watching, spending time working on her flowers, plants and yard.
