Bertha Murphy Obituary

Bertha Agnes Murphy, 88, of Everett, PA; formerly residing in Miami, Florida for fifty-three years; passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Spring House Estates. She was born on May 3, 1933 in Artemas, Pennsylvania; a daughter of the late Michael and Pearl (Johnson) Perrin. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Murphy. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2014.

She is survived by children James R. Murphy, Steven J. Murphy, Kenneth C. Murphy and Jennifer D. Kinierm; four grandchildren; sisters Wilda married to Bob Foy and Betty married to Pete Foor.

She was preceded in death by brothers Richard Perrin and Charles Perrin.

Bertha was of the Baptist Faith. She was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1949. She worked as a bookkeeper throughout her career, both in Everett and in Miami.

Per the deceased there will be no services with burial privately at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
