Alvin Alderfer Obituary

Alvin R. Alderfer, 77, of Six Mile Run Road, Defiance, PA; passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020 at home. He was born on January 3, 1943 in Norristown, PA; a son of the late Alvin K. and Dorothy R. (Rohm) Alderfer. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia A. (Hunsicker) Alderfer.

He is survived by two siblings Robert M. Alderfer married to Ann, Canton, GA and Hazel S. married to Al DeBenny, Cochranville, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Alvin was a member of the Eden Mennonite Church, Schwenksville, PA. He attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA; for computer science. After that Alvin started his career as a computer specialist working as an I.T Consultant for various large corporations throughout his career until retirement.

He was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
At Alvin's request there will be no services held.
