Alicia Ann (Cobb) O'Neal

Alicia Ann O’Neal, 46, passed away at UPMC Altoona on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. She was born on September 19, 1978 in Daly City, California.  Daughter of Jonathan and Lillian (Grandov) Cobb.  On July 07, 2001 in Pacific, California she was united in marriage to Rodney O’Neal.

She is survived by her husband and their son, Andrew Rory O’Neal; siblings Jonelle Davila (Christopher) of Huntington Beach, CA, Richard Cobb (Liz) of San Antonio, TX and Julianne Cobb of San Antonio, TX; Aunts Gladys Mazza (Tom), Diana Small (Kelly), Margarita Rivera (Juan), Edna Kemp, and Uncles Javier Grandov (Dora), Rodney Cobb, Steve Cobb and many cousins.

Alicia graduated from Alma Heights Christian Academy in Pacifica, California.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Music from Pensacola Christian College in Florida.   

Alicia was a member of Redefined Community Church in Martinsburg, PA and was involved in CHIC Christian Homeschoolers in the Cove, and with The Gearbox Union.  She enjoyed singing, praying and homeschooling her son.

Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 4-7 P.M. at the Banquet Hall at Morrisons Cove Park 201 S. Walnut Street, Martinsburg, PA 16662.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Alicia to The Akers Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
