Nancy J. Clark, 70, of Ashcom Road, Everett, PA; went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. She was born on May 8, 1947 in Ashcom; a daughter of the late John W. and Ruth Elizabeth (Johnson) Foor. On July 17, 1965 in Everett Church of the Brethren she was united in marriage to Clyde Larry Clark. Along with her husband of fifty-two years, she is survived by children Brian L. Clark, Sr. married to Rebecca, Pleasantville, PA; Melissa J. married to Duane Burget, Altoona, PA and S. Christine married to Tad Lucas, Mahaffey, PA; grandchildren Brian Clark, Jr. married to Brittany, Brad Clark, Ben Clark and Brandon Clark; Michelle Burget and Duane Clyde Burget; Tenee Arredondo, Ty Lucas married to Alexis, Toni Lucas, Tanya Lucas and fiancé Doug Lytle, Tanner Lucas, Torrie Lucas, Tarak Lucas and Trey Lucas; great grandchildren Isaiah Arredondo, Steven and Gabriella Clark; brother Gary W. Foor, Everett, PA and sister-in-law Sheila Foor, Everett, PA.
She was preceded in death by a grandson Thane Lucas and a brother Richard Foor.
She was an attendee of Wesleyan Holiness Church, where she served as Sunday School Teacher for several years.
She was a graduate of Bedford High School Class of 1965.
Nancy taught school at G.G.M.A. for twelve years, having taught kindergarten and first grade.
She was an avid reader and an excellent cook. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and her church family.
Family and Friends may call at Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown, Everett, PA., on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 4-8 P.M. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Bryon Myers, Sr. officiating.
Burial will be held at Trinity Reformed Cemetery, Friends Cove, PA.
