Lloyd Eugene Zeigler

Lloyd Eugene Zeigler, 70, of Everett, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, Altoona.  He was born on October 8, 1948 in Carlisle, PA; a son of the late J. Lloyd and Irene O. (Oliver) Zeigler.  
He is survived by daughter Kimberly Hanlin married to Brent, Carlisle, PA; granddaughters Madeleine and  Eva Hanlin and his girlfriend Beth McFarland. 
Lloyd was an owner/operator truck driver for many years throughout his career.  He served in the United States Air Force from 1968-1972 as an Airmen 1st Class during the Vietnam War. 
He had a great love of music and enjoyed playing his many guitars. His lively stories will be missed. 
 
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Benner officiating.  
Burial will be held privately at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
