Larry Painter Obituary
Larry H. Painter, 76, of Raystown Road, Everett, Pennsylvania; passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at his home. He was born on September 4, 1941 in Fulton County, Pennsylvania; a son of the late Dale Painter and Cleo (McKee) Simmons. On December 27, 1977 he married the former Bonnie R. (Grubb) Nave.
Along with his wife of forty years his is survived by children Tim Painter, Bedford, PA and Connie Riley, Breezewood, PA; step-children Melissa Miller, Everett, PA, Trina Morral, Everett, PA, Mark Nave, Everett, PA and Brent Nave, Candler, NC; siblings Ronnie Painter, Breezewood, PA and Thomas Simmons and Sharon Adams, both of Florida; sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Larry was a member of the Everett Church of God. He was a truck driver, most recently driving for LSG Trucking and LaSalle’s Garage.
Mr. Painter served in the United States Navy.
He enjoyed local dirt track racing and NASCAR.
A Private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
